Rachel A. Lisotta

Preparatory education: Vanderbilt University (B.A. 2009)

Legal education: Loyola University New Orleans School of Law (J.D. 2012). While at Loyola, Ms. Lisotta was a member of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and served as the Selection Chair of the Loyola Moot Court Executive Board. She received the International Law Certificate, the LaNasa0Greco Merit Scholarship and the Academic Excellence Award for the highest grade in ERISA Litigation. Ms. Lisotta is also in the process of obtaining her L.L.M. at Tulane University in the field of Energy and Environmental Law. In this graduate program, Ms. Lisotta has received special training in the areas of Energy Law, Toxic Tort Litigation, Hazardous Waste Law, Coastal & Wetlands Law, and Oil & Gas Law.

Professional Experience: Admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2012 for all state and Louisiana federal courts. Prior to joining McAlpine & Cozad, Ms. Lisotta worked for Entergy Corporation with the legal department as a law clerk from 2011-2012.
